POELSAN Ø16-½" Reverse Lock Erk. Mini Valve

Product description

New blue series coupling sleeve poelsan pipe connection adapters should be kept away from hard and sharp objects during storage and assembly. If the installation is laid under the ground, it must be covered with sand to protect it from hard and sharp objects. Adapters that are definitely damaged should not be used. In order to get the maximum efficiency from poelsan pipe connection adapters, the tees and elbows should be at 90 degrees. ° , other adapters 180 ° It must be mounted on the pipe so that it makes an angle. Connections that create different angles will cause stresses on the adapter, reducing the lifespan of the installation. Tape should be used on threaded connections. The tape should be wrapped around the adapter tightly enough to prevent water leakage. Over tightening the nut during assembly causes additional stress on the adapter. The product, which has been subjected to additional stress in this way, cannot be expected to meet the guaranteed pressure values. Therefore, it should not be forgotten that the product is plastic and should only be squeezed to the strength that will ensure its leak-proofness. Visual control during the installation of the installation, the adapters must be visually checked to detect damaged adapters. Leakage control after the installation of the system, water must definitely be given at test pressure and the leakage status must be determined. Applications that may cause leakage the thread sizes of poelsan pipe connection adapters are manufactured in accordance with standards. The other metal or plastic material used is not suitable, te? Insufficient use of the band, excessive tightening of the product or improper installation during assembly can damage the product's threads. failure to chamfer the pipe during assembly can damage or dislodge the oring. the ovality in the pipes is within the given tolerance values (± 0. 5 mm) more different, incorrect mounting of the nut, not tightening enough or tightening too much, causing the product to crack, installing the adapter by tightening the nut without combining the pipe holder with the oring holder, can cause leakage in your installation. Featuresmade of high quality polypropylene raw material resistant to impacts. It prevents potential problems that may arise from size differences up to ± 0.5 mm in pipes or ovality, thanks to its conical tightening feature. It does not allow algae and bacteria growth because it does not transmit uv rays. The ring is made of rubber and provides high sealing. The inner surfaces are homogeneous and non-porous. It contains no foreign substances that can change the smell and taste of water. Our female products provide high sealing at variable temperatures in the long term thanks to the corrosion-resistant metal ring used.
