The desired molds are obtained by melting the alloy in crucibles and pouring it into sand using the sand casting method, a process known as __t2__.

After the casting, grinding, and polishing (brushing) processes are completed, the brass is ready for use.

Varnish, coating, and oven paint processes are applied to increase the strength because it is a delicate material.
