When cleaning your product, use a soft sponge on both the inside and outside surfaces, and be careful to use liquid detergents. Always cook your meals on low and medium heat. Do not cook on a stove that is wider than the base of your product. Otherwise, high heat will damage the handles and the silicone coating on the outer surface of the product. Never use metal kitchen utensils and hard objects that can cause scratches on the inner and outer surfaces of your product while using or cleaning it. Prefer plastic and wooden kitchen utensils. Never cut or chop your food with forks, knives, or similar utensils inside your pots and pans. Such applications will cause your product to scratch. Do not let the sharp objects come into contact with the inside and outside of the product. The products are not used as long-term storage containers. If your food will remain in the pot for a long time after cooking, it is recommended to put your food in a suitable storage container. The products can be used in the delicate programs of dishwashers and at low heat levels. Do not drag your product on the stove or hit it hard against any surface.
