To make the eyeliner more permanent, apply an eyeshadow base or a light powder on your eyelid. Start as close to the base of the eyelashes as possible and work in small, short strokes. Draw a light line from the outer corner of the eye upwards. Fill the line by connecting it with your upper lash line. For easier application, you can achieve a smooth line by lifting your eye slightly upwards or applying tape to the outer corner.
