Our earring studs are hypoallergenic silver or steel studs. Since silver studs in particular are soft, they may bend during shipping. You can gently straighten them by hand. This is not deformation or a defect, but is due to the nature of the product. We kindly ask you to take this into consideration when writing a review. Our products are manufactured with nickel-free coating. To ensure the longevity of our jewelry, it is important to pay attention to a few points. Sweating in particular can lead to the oxidation of metal surfaces. Therefore, it is recommended to remove your jewelry in cases of excessive sweating. Also, to ensure your jewelry lasts a long time, it should be kept away from water and chemicals as much as possible. Cleaning your jewelry regularly and keeping it away from moisture will also help maintain its shine. In case of any exposure, moisture should be removed immediately with a dry tissue. Thank you for choosing Pelin Aksesuar, and we wish you an enjoyable shopping experience.
