Hello. Can it be used in the sea, even if the first day of menstruation is included?
Answer from Peddon
Hello, we do not recommend using this product while swimming. You can only wear it with shorts, swimsuit or hijab. We recommend that you take it off and rinse it after swimming in the sea, and wear a new one. You can choose our Pedkini product for use at sea. We recommend that in the first days, you spend a lot of time in the water.

Good luck, I'm asking because it's low waist. I weigh around 80 kilos and I'm 174 cm tall, so I'm big-boned, but I don't look overweight, so my hips are slightly wide. I don't know if size L or XL would be suitable. Other comments say it's very comfortable, and some say they had it tightened. This is a nice thing. I would appreciate it if you could help me with the size. Thank you.
Answer from Peddon
XL will be better
