Product Q&As
I BOUGHT THE BROWN SHAMPOO. BUT WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREVENT STAINS ON THE FACE?
Answer from Cosmetichane
Try not to scratch it, and if it comes into contact with the skin, if you wash that area immediately, nothing will happen.

Hello, does the hair darken as the waiting time increases? I want it to be black
Answer from Cosmetichane
Hello, yes, it will darken if left for too long.

I have used another brand before. I have a lot of white hair and it definitely did not cover it. Does it cover the white hair?
Answer from Cosmetichane
Hello sir, it covers almost all whites. When using this color, it needs to be left on a little longer than black. You can get the desired result if you wait 10-15 minutes for black and 15-20 minutes for brown.

Hello, is it applied when the hair is wet and are there any side effects?
Answer from Cosmetichane
Yes sir, it is applied to damp hair. There are no side effects, but we still recommend that you consult your doctor for sensitive skin.

Hello, I bought the shampoo. After applying and waiting, should we wash it with another shampoo or just rinse it?
Answer from Cosmetichane
Just rinse it sir
