How long does the effect last

    Answer from pawdaz

Hello, the smell inside the toy will decrease over time like any other smell, but when used according to the instructions, we have cats that use it for 6-7 months or even longer. We recommend using it for 15 minutes a few times a week to prevent our cats from losing interest and to preserve the scent of the toy, and to keep it in its package outside of playtimes.

    Translated by Google

Should we give it to him sometimes or would it be harmful if we leave it with him all the time or if he sleeps with it?

    Answer from pawdaz

Hello, it does not pose any health risks, but we recommend using it for 15 minutes a few times a week and keeping it in its package outside of playtimes to prevent our cats from losing interest and to preserve the scent of the toy. If it is always around him, he may lose interest after a while. For this reason, we recommend paying attention to the usage instructions.

    Translated by Google

I have a 2 year old male cat who sprays urine around. Will this product partially eliminate it?

    Answer from pawdaz

The reason for the urine spraying is probably because it's not neutered yet. We cannot say that it will help in this situation, it will not prevent this behavior, it can only support him in relieving his stress on this issue. 😇

    Translated by Google

Hello, what is the feature of this toy?

    Answer from pawdaz

Hello, among our toys, there is matatabi powder prepared from the most special branches of the matatabi tree. Because it contains essential oils that cats love to touch, they enjoy cuddling, rubbing against, and playing with it. In addition to the smell of matatabi, what also attracts their attention is the bell inside. 😇

    Translated by Google

What is its scent? Does it cause allergies?

    Answer from pawdaz

Hello, Dino contains 100% natural Actinidia polygama, which is prepared from the most special branches of the other matatabi tree. Matatabi contains essential oils that cats like to touch, so cats love to cuddle, rub against it, and play with it. If there is no allergy sensitivity, there will be no problem.

    Translated by Google

Is the product noisy? My cat likes noise.

    Answer from pawdaz

Hello, there is a bell inside the toy, it makes noise as your cat moves the toy. But you can consider it as a jingling ball sound, not a mechanical one

    Translated by Google

The fabric of the toy I bought from another seller before was felt and it only lasted for a week, that's why I'm asking what type of fabric you use, we pay for it, I want a quality product.

    Answer from pawdaz

Hello, the body part is upholstery fabric, only the yellow details you see in the toy are made of felt fabric.

    Translated by Google

HELLO, CAN IT BE WASHED IN THE MACHINE? THANKS

    Answer from pawdaz

Hello, Dino is a scented toy so we do not recommend washing it, it will deodorize it. You can clean the toy by gently wiping it with a damp cloth, the exterior is upholstery fabric. Let it be used on beautiful and healthy days 🌼

    Translated by Google

Can I put matatabi stick in the product?

    Answer from pawdaz

Hello, Dino contains a special powder mixture that we obtained from matatabi. However, after the smell goes away, you can of course add a matatabi stick, and you can renew the smell from the velcro compartment on it.

    Translated by Google

I have an adult cat, so some people say it is small, can I know how many inches?

    Answer from pawdaz

Hello, Dino's size is around 40 cm, it is quite sufficient for adult cats, they can easily play by hugging and kicking. It is probably our 24 cm Fish model mentioned as small. One of the largest toys you can find on the market is Dino.

    Translated by Google

It's been 1 or 2 years since I bought the product. The smell has gone away. If I buy the powder you sell and pour it in, will it be the same as before?

    Answer from pawdaz

Hello, yes you can use Matatabi Powder to increase the interest of your Dino toy. Adding a small amount of matatabi powder to the toy, either on the surface or inside, and trying again can help refresh its scent. Storing the toy in its packaging or in a sealed container after use helps preserve the scent for longer. You can start with a small amount and apply based on your cat's reaction.

    Translated by Google

Hello, I bought this product and my cat started to sneeze. Could it be allergic to the cat?

    Answer from pawdaz

Hello, in cats prone to allergies, the smell of matatabi in the toy can cause sneezing. Unfortunately, we do not recommend its use in this case.

    Translated by Google

Hello, what should we do when the essence inside flies away?

    Answer from pawdaz

Hello, first of all, we would like to remind you that it can be used for long periods of time, such as 6 months or even 1 year, when given according to the usage instructions. When the smell fades, you can open the velcro compartment on top and add your cat's favorite smells like matatabi or catnip. 😇

Hello, the matatabi scent in Dino will help your cat relieve stress if he likes it. Cats usually love the smell of matatabi and want to snuggle and play with it. Which helps them be happy

Hello, my cat licks the toy all the time, will it be harmful?

    Answer from pawdaz

Hello, the smell of matatabi it gets from inside probably encourages it to do this, but there is no problem. We recommend using the toy for 15 minutes a few times a week to prevent our cats from losing interest and to maintain the toy's scent. Also, we suggest storing it in its packaging outside of playtime.

Hello, my Sarman cat starts to tear things like slippers, socks and clothes at home very quickly and eat them. is this toy safe? I'm afraid it will bite and tear off immediately. What is the durability rating?

    Answer from pawdaz

Hello, we sew the fabric we use in Dino as upholstery fabric and double stitching on the seats. Usually cats use it for around 6 months - 1 year and find it very durable. If your cat has such a behavioral tendency, we cannot guarantee it because it is a textile material. We recommend that it be given under supervision and in accordance with the usage instructions.

Hello, how will it be used? What should we pay attention to and are there any side effects?

    Answer from pawdaz

Hello, in order to prevent our cats from losing interest and to ensure the longevity of the toy's matatabi scent, we recommend using it for 15 minutes a few times a week and storing it in its package outside of play times. It is very important to use it according to the instructions for use, there will be no problems when used this way. If given for a long time or left in the middle, insensitivity to the smell may develop. There are no side effects. Cats blow off their energy and are happy while they play

    Answer from pawdaz

Hello, it will be very beneficial especially for kittens to expend their energy and for their instincts such as biting and gnawing. We think it will be beneficial even if it doesn't completely prevent him from biting you because he is expending his energy while playing with the toy and afterwards. That's usually the feedback we get from our customers

Hello, I think it needs to be removed every 3 days, I read that in the comments, if we stay with it all the time, can't we remove it? What is the purpose of giving it every 3 days?

    Answer from pawdaz

Hello, you can find detailed information in the product description, but to put it roughly; Matatabi sensitive receptors can remain unanswered, just like how our sense of smell cannot feel the same smell after a while, and thus cats can easily lose interest. If you follow the usage recommendations, you can use it safely for much longer periods of time.

Hello, how can we refill the matatabi grass in the product when its effect wears off? Where can we get it? Thanks

Hello, there is a hidden velcro compartment at the top of Dino for the bell inside the toy to be optionally removable for it to be refillable. You can fill from there. Answer from pawdaz

Hello, we recommend using it for 15 minutes a few times a week and keeping it in its box to prevent our cats from losing interest and to preserve the scent of the toy. It does not cause any harm in terms of health, but your cat may get used to the smell of the toy and not react to it. Besides, the smell will disappear faster

Hello, you suggested that it should be given from time to time, but what kind of harm will it cause to the cat if it stays around all the time and plays? Can you inform me, thank you very much

    Answer from pawdaz

Hello, it actually does not cause any harm to cats. We recommend using it for 15 minutes a few times a week to prevent our cats from losing interest and to preserve the scent of the toy, and to keep it in its box when not in use. If left outside for a long time, their interest will decrease as with any toy, or they may start to damage the toy in a short time.
