HELLO, YOU CAN INFLATE FOIL BALLOONS WITH THE HELP OF A STRAW OR A BALLOON PUMP. IF YOU SEARCH FOR HOW TO INFLATE A FOIL BALLOON ON YOU TUBE, THERE ARE ALSO VISUAL EXPLANATIONS AVAILABLE.

Hello; Foil balloons retain their air for an average of 3-7 days when inflated correctly. Ambient temperature and conditions of use may affect length. For a best look it is recommended to inflate 1 day prior to event. Factors affecting the duration: Those inflated with normal air can maintain their shape for 1–2 weeks (they do not fly). Ambient temperature: Extreme hot or cold weather may cause the balloon to deflate faster. Usage area: It lasts longer indoors, away from the sun and wind. Inflation rate: Too much or too little inflation will affect the time.
