I'm thinking of installing it on the outside balcony. Does it allow wind and cold to pass through in winter and cause the house to get cold?
Answer from Patidoor Pati Dostu Çözümler Ve Tic
Hello, air draft only occurs when your cat uses the door. Since the magnet on the door has a magnetic lock, the door does not stay open.
Translated by Google
I wonder how strong the magnet is and whether insects can get in or not.
Answer from Patidoor Pati Dostu Çözümler Ve Tic
Hello, the magnets are only enough for your cat to pass with the force of your cat, insects etc. You can also lock in 4 directions at any time.

Hello, good luck. Is this the largest size of the product? I will buy it for my dog. I would appreciate it if you could get back to me urgently. I am currently in the decision-making phase.
Answer from Patidoor Pati Dostu Çözümler Ve Tic
Hello, the transition cover of our product is 18*18 cm. It can pass through small breed dogs as well as large and fat cats, but if your dog is large, it cannot pass through.

How can we block the cold in winter? Is it made to prevent cold draft when door is closed?
Answer from Patidoor Pati Dostu Çözümler Ve Tic
Hello, when there is a magnetic magnet on the transparent cover, the cover does not stay open, it closes itself, and there is a lock for the cover. The air circulation only happens when your cat uses the door.

Answer from Patidoor Pati Dostu Çözümler Ve Tic
Hello, 10 kg cats can pass. The passage area of our door is 18x18 cm. If you want to be sure, you can make a 18 cm hole in a cardboard and test it. Also, the cat in the video of the product is a fat cat and it passes easily. If you watch it, you can get an idea.

We will use it on the fixed glass wing of a folding glass balcony. Is it appropriate?
Answer from Patidoor Pati Dostu Çözümler Ve Tic
Hello, our product can be attached to glass, but a hole suitable for glass needs to be drilled. Cambalcon windows are tempered glass, they may be difficult to open. I recommend that you contact your glass first.
Translated by Google
Can it be used on a sliding glass door?
Answer from Patidoor Pati Dostu Çözümler Ve Tic
Hello, there is generally no problem with sliding doors. If there is a 2 cm gap between the glass and the PVC slat, it can be done easily. The protrusion of our product after the glass is 2 cm. If there is less than 2 cm of space (Sometimes it can happen in aluminum doors), you may need to cut the part of the back cover of the cat door that comes to the glass. If you measure the distance between the glass and the slat, it will be appropriate.

I wish you a good evening. The diameter of my mosque was cut according to the old cat door, 23.5x23.5. Is this product possible?
Answer from Patidoor Pati Dostu Çözümler Ve Tic
Hello, good evening, the standard hole diameter that needs to be opened is 22.5 cm round. If the hole in your ready-made glass is 23.5 cm, it will save you.
Translated by Google
Hello, is the product double-sided, so when my cat goes to the balcony from the inside, he can also enter from the balcony, right? We do not have to keep the lid open.
Answer from Patidoor Pati Dostu Çözümler Ve Tic
Hello, our product has a transparent cover that allows entry and exit from both sides, so the cover can be opened in and out, and you can lock it in the direction you want.
