You can inflate foil balloons with a straw or a pump. If you want to use your balloons as flying balloons, you can fill them with helium gas from a store that sells party supplies. If you want to inflate your foil balloons at home, you can search for a foil balloon inflation video on youtube and learn how to inflate them with the help of a pump or straw.

the balloons do not stay in the air when blown up by breath. Be careful when opening the valve (mouth) part of the balloons if you are going to inflate them at home, if you damage the valve part, air may leak after the balloon inflates. You can use balloon tape to better secure your balloons, thanks to silicone tapes, you can stick your balloons to surfaces such as walls, doors, ceilings, tables without bursting them.
