Product Q&As
Hello, I have 2 of these bracelets. They are too big for my wrist and the clip part is not what I wanted. If I send it to you, can you adjust it? I will pay the fee.
Answer from sözgo aksesuar
Hello sir, unfortunately we do not have such a service, but if there is a bracelet you like and want to buy from our store, we can prepare the product according to the size of your wrist.

I don't know my wrist measurement, but I am 12 years old, I want to use it from 14 to 13, you can arrange it for me bro, it's nice for me. according to your head
Answer from sözgo aksesuar
Hello brother, we prepared the bracelet as you requested and we are also sending you a few more bracelets as a gift because we like your style. I hope you like it.

I would like the bracelet number 11041359649 to be 19 cm with the clip. Is it possible with the clip?
Answer from sözgo aksesuar
Hello sir, of course it is possible, but are you sure to what extent, because from end to end with the clip, the product is 19 cm, it is quite small, it can only fit a wrist thickness of about 15 cm, so as you can see, it will be suitable for a child's wrist. However, if your wrist diameter is 19cm, please specify so that we do not send small products.
