What is the actual size of the product (length, width, height)?
Answer from PAKSOY PETMARKET
Hello, the actual dimensions of the product are: 45 x 35 x 150 cm (height)

Is it easy to clean or washable?
Answer from PAKSOY PETMARKET
Since the product is made of wood, we do not recommend washing it. The bottom part of the playground will be dirty at most. Place napkins etc. on the bottom. You can spread a protective cover. Even if you don't spread the protective cover, you can clean it with a damp cloth. Have a nice day.

Can we make this product in 12mm?
Answer from PAKSOY PETMARKET
Hello, sir, the diameter of the perches used in this playground is already 12mm.

Hello, what is the length?
Answer from PAKSOY PETMARKET
Hello, length 150cm
Translated by Google
I want a few perches of different thicknesses for my parakeets for foot health. The main roosting perches can be about 14–16 mm? Some side perches may remain 12mm. I would love it if 1–2 of the longer perches on top were a little thicker (18-20)
Answer from PAKSOY PETMARKET
We only have 10-11-12-24 mm thick perches, sir.

Hello, is it suitable for Alexander parrot?

Hello, I have a budgie that cannot fly. Sometimes it falls to the ground. I want to take it to climb back into its cage. Would you have a chance to make the stairs smaller than this?
Answer from PAKSOY PETMARKET
Hello, do you want the stair steps to be spaced more frequently?

Is it suitable for intermediate parrot?
Answer from PAKSOY PETMARKET
Hello sir, if you are feeding a macaw parrot, it will not be suitable.

Hello, I wonder if it is suitable for my two-year-old Sultan parrot, that is, it is not too big and they can play with it?
Answer from PAKSOY PETMARKET
Hello, yes, it is the appropriate size and thickness for the sultan parrot, sir. It will be a fun and spacious playground for your parrots.

Could I please have the measurements, width, length etc.
Answer from PAKSOY PETMARKET
Hello, product dimensions are 45x35x150cm (height)

Is it suitable for a parrot?
Answer from PAKSOY PETMARKET
Hello sir, the size is suitable for the jako parrot, but since the thickness of the perch is 12 mm, it may not be suitable for the jako parrot. We have wider playgrounds with thicker perches in our store.

Hello, what are the product dimensions? Do you send it assembled or disassembled?
