The pizza trays are perforated at the bottom, which is good, but they stick to the oven and sometimes I have to wait for the pizza to be ready and the marble to cool down before I can take it out. It's good, but it would be better if it were closed, in my opinion.

A lot of people like to use stainless steel. You never grease the tray. Place the dough without greasing and immediately evacuate the trays, but the quality is high.

It's not sweet, it's light, it's acetylated, it's not sweet, it's light, and it burns the pizza, so it doesn't burn 🥺🥺🥺
