Hello, I bought it 6 months ago, now I had the opportunity to use it, but I couldn't open it to put gas in it, I didn't know if it was closed very tightly or opened differently, can you help me, thank you.
Answer from Özlevent
Hello, turn the ring where the bottom tank chamber and the mechanism are connected counterclockwise. It may be too tight or expansion may have occurred. It is not a problem. Use it on nice days.

HELLO I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT BUT THE FUSE GOES OUT ON ITS OWN AFTER 10 MINUTES. I HAVE BEEN SHORTENING AND LENGTHENING IT FOR 2 DAYS BUT SAME RESULT, WHAT COULD BE THE REASON?
Answer from Özlevent
Hello. Soak the wick by dipping it into the lit fuel to make it thoroughly wet, and then it is ready for use. Set it to low. It is not right to pull the wick up too much. It increases close consumption and causes soot. Due to its structure, castor oil can also be affected by cold, but it has normal efficiency at room temperature.

Hello, is this size 14 the largest size?
Answer from Özlevent
Hello, the standard of the classic model is size 14. It is the only size still in production. As a model, neither the small nor the large are produced anymore.

Hello, in some comments, it is mentioned that the wick is from the lamp and most importantly, the lamp oil does not burn. You need to buy normal gas or oil. Good evening.
Answer from Özlevent
Hello. Let's briefly summarize for you; lamp oil is thick, colorful and odorless. If it is gas, it is natural, colorless, but provides better combustion, has a slight smell. So, we can recommend lamp oil for indoor use and gas for outdoor use. Thanks for your interest.
