özgürceshoes Orthopedic and Anatomical Hallux Valgus (Big Toe Protrusion) and Heel Spur Slippers

Product description

Why is choosing slippers important for foot health? The foot is composed of 26 bones, 33 joints, and more than one hundred tendons, muscles and ligaments that carry our body.

it is very complicated for these structures to be integrated and functional with each other.

skeletal system disorders are seen due to walking disorders, posture and walking function disorders due to our slipper selections being wrong, deformities, structural disorders, deterioration of foot and ankle structure. • hallux valgus (bunion): hallux valgus (bunion), excessive or improper pressure and friction are the source of many problems seen in our feet. Our foot consists of hard, thin bones surrounded by a thin, soft tissue. All the weight of our body is carried by our feet. Unfortunately, hard shoes and slippers increase this problem. Slippers that allow us to step correctly without compressing our feet become our best auxiliary materials. • heel spurs: when we wear high-heeled shoes, 70-90% of our body weight is distributed between the ball of our foot and the first metatarsal bone, right above it. "the swelling called ""bunion"" occurs right here." The slightest protrusion or bump on the bones creates a vicious cycle that worsens the condition. Our body reacts to this situation by developing calluses on the skin and thickening the subcutaneous tissue. "what we call ""bursitis"" is painful inflammations, accompanied by swelling and redness."

the way to eliminate pain is to relieve pressure. Therefore, choosing the right slippers is effective both in preventing this situation and in solving the existing situation. Our shoes and slippers should be equipped with structures suitable for our posture to prevent the formation of heel spurs and to ensure there is no problem in walking function. How should we choose slippers for our foot postural health? − it should bring out the best in the physical aspects of our posture. The footrest position and underfoot grip should be perfect.

- it should support the lateral and medial arches of the foot, protecting the bones that make up the foot dome.

− a heel cushion must be present. Slippers should not cause foot and leg fatigue in daily life activities. "there must definitely be ""finger crescent support"" under the toes for stability." The sole structure should protect the health of the foot, knee, and hip, ensuring the continuity of sensory stimuli we receive from the ground during the footstep phase.

- slippers should be able to maintain the connection between the sole of the foot and the ground and continue the passage of electrons.
