Should a softener be used
Answer from OYAPET
Hello, you can use it, have a good day.

Hello, I looked at the breakage towels and what caught my attention was this: one is made of bamboo and the other is made of a different fabric. I wonder which one is better or dries well and is healthy.
Answer from OYAPET
If you have a hairless breed and sensitivity, I recommend bamboo. Otherwise, the water absorption of our other microfiber towel is also very good. You can read the comments

I already have three of them, your products are very nice, I love them, but I have never bought bamboo, I thought about trying it, that's why I asked.
Answer from OYAPET
Then you can continue with the same products you bought. Bamboo is very nice in terms of softness etc. but it does not last as long as our microlux towels. You can use it for a maximum of 1.5 -2 years, but microluxes can be used with good performance for 2-3 years.

I have two of the early models, but they started to smell bad. How should the washing and drying process be?
Answer from OYAPET
Hello, on the machine; We recommend that you wash it normally at 40 degrees and lay it out to dry. Have a nice day.

Hello, which one do you recommend, 100% cotton or bamboo towel, lint-free and hypoallergenic?
Answer from OYAPET
Hello, oyapet Microlux ® I recommend our Dog Towel 80x120 Cm, I wish you a good day.
