🔧 Installation Instructions Peugeot & Citroën 96738471VV OEM Manual Shift Knob Installation and User Guide Removing the Old Shift Knob Secure your vehicle’s gearshift lever. Remove the old shift knob by turning it counterclockwise or pulling it straight up (may vary depending on the vehicle model). Compatibility Check Ensure that the connection diameter of the new shift knob is compatible with your vehicle. Verify that your vehicle is compatible with the OEM code (96738471VV). Installing the Adapter If necessary, install the adapter included in the package onto the shift lever. Ensure the adapter is tight and secure. Installing the New Shift Knob Align the shift knob with the shift lever and position it in place. Press firmly to secure it. Ensure the gear pattern (1-5-R) is in the correct position. Check Test all gear shifts. Check for any looseness or play.
