For best results, use small amounts: Apply a small amount of eyeshadow directly along the lash line and to the center of the eyelid. Using the built-in brush or clean fingertips, blend outwards for a fully blended look. Once the first layer is dry, you can add more layers for greater matte intensity. Drying time: Less than 10 seconds!*
