well wouldn't keeping it in your mouth for 1 hour be enough? 4 hours is a long time
Answer from Dentalpazar
Sir, the product comes with a user manual. The optimal use time according to your dental structure is included in this guide. The effects of using it for a shorter or longer period of time are different. Using it for a shorter period may reduce its effectiveness, while using it for an extended period may cause sensitivity.
