Compared to other toothpastes, it really felt like a cleaner effect on my teeth after a few brushings. But what I like is the rda is very low and it doesn't etch teeth. If your tooth enamel is sensitive or has already started to wear down and you want to prevent further wear, you can definitely use it. Of course, you can also consult your dentist, I heard that most dentists recommend it. But I recommend that you do not expect an excessive whitening effect, because I do not think that the product will whiten your teeth if they are yellow due to stains on the teeth, that is, because your enamel is worn or because of its color. It is said to be effective on coffee, tea and cigarette stains, but I do not smoke and do not drink tea or coffee, so I cannot comment on it.
