Product Q&As

Hello, if I use the product alone, will it show the inside when the light is on, that is, will it function as a sunshade?
Answer from Onyx Home
It shows inside because it is linen textured, sir.

Hello. The width of all the windows in the house is 150 cm. I want to use the curtain straight, not pleated. So I have a few questions. 1) Is this curtain suitable for use straight (no pleats)? 2) Is it suitable for use as a single wing? In other words, it is normally taken as two wings and opened to the right and left. However, I want to buy a single wing and cover the entire 1.5 meter window with a single curtain. Is it possible?
Answer from Onyx Home
Hello sir, yes, it can be used without pleats, one wing is of course suitable for use.
Translated by Google
I guess it doesn't block the sun
Answer from Onyx Home
Hello sir, we have a linen blackout product that does not block the sun, it seriously blocks the sun.
Translated by Google
Does the color come off? At what temperature can it be machine washed?
Answer from Onyx Home
Hello, IT WILL BE ENOUGH TO WASH AT 30 DEGREES.
Translated by Google
Good luck, I will use it as a sunshade at night. Will it show the inside of the room when I close it?
Answer from Onyx Home
Hello sir, this product is not used as blackout. You can look at our blackout fabrics.
Translated by Google

Answer from Onyx Home

Translated by Google
Hello, are these measurements in the unshrinked state of the fabric? I want 60 cm. Should I take the width as 120 cm?
Answer from Onyx Home
Yes sir, plain, without gathers.
Translated by Google
Does it let sunlight and warmth into the room during the day?
Answer from Onyx Home
Yes sir, the fabric has light transmittance, it is not a blackout fabric.

Hello. Why is the 170 width option not available?
Answer from Onyx Home
Hello sir, 180 is available, if you wish, we can send 180.
Translated by Google
Is it possible to have a width of 3 meters and a length of 3 meters?

Answer from Onyx Home
Hello sir, if you buy 150 meters for each backdrop, it will be enough, you can easily reduce it to 50 cm.
Translated by Google
I want it to be densely pleated, measuring 100/260. What should I choose?
Answer from Onyx Home
Hello sir, you can choose it in the store on the site, it is the same size.

If it's ten centimeters out, we don't need to send it, okay?

Hello, where should I take measurements for the background curtain? I only have tulle curtain measurements for the tulle curtain, but how should I measure for the background curtain?
Answer from Onyx Home
Hello sir, if you are going to do a full closure, you divide the measurement from wall to wall by two, but if you want it on the sides, the wall gap measurement to the glass edge or how many cm of background you want, 80/100/120 etc. depends on your request.
