I'm giving five stars because you misled me so much that I had to get on top. This is not my first order. This is my second order. It is the same dinnerware set that I bought 03 years ago, but the spoons and forks I received were beautiful and heavy, and they were very nice. When I opened the 10:10 box, it came on a velvet surface and they were very shiny. The product that came now is placed in a fake cardboard box and the cuts of the products that came are not at all. It's not nice and it's as light as a tin. I bought it while it was on sale. It was 900 TL and now the price is 1500 TL. Believe me, I don't have the money and I love this brand. I'm refunding it now. Please send it like the shiny products that came in the velvet box when I ordered it two years ago. And please let it be heavy and the cuts are nice. It was made sloppy. This made me very sad. I am returning it and will order again. I hope this comment will be taken into consideration and my grievance will be met. It has nothing to do with the dinner sets I bought, since I am currently packing a dowry, the ones I bought before are in the dowry package, I cannot post photos of them here, but I am putting the photos of the new product now, and there was a number ten on the previous products, it looked like they were equivalent forks of the brand and it is not nice at all, I would be happy if you take this into consideration.
