My baby is 4.5 months old, we have not switched to solid food yet, can I use it during the teething period and how should I use it?
Answer from Little Hippo
Dear customer, you can use it from 6 months. You can place the fruit and vegetable pieces recommended by your doctor into the net and give them to your baby under your supervision. We wish you to use it in healthy days.

Is the tip soft?
Answer from Little Hippo
Dear customer, the product is made entirely of food-grade silicone and the tip is designed to be soft for your baby. We wish you good shopping.

Hello, should I turn the product to support fruits?
Answer from Little Hippo
Dear customer, our product is a snap-on model and is designed with a fixed protrusion that compresses the food behind it. Its soft texture makes it easy for your baby to suck on food, and the push section has no possibility of slipping back. There is no possibility of your products being pulled out by the food department for your baby. We wish you healthy days.

Answer from Little Hippo
Dear customer, our OiOi puree product is sent with its new cap. We wish you good shopping.

Hello, you wrote that there is a cover in the new models, but even though there is a cover photo in the image of my product, the cover did not come out. Can we get a cover, please?
Answer from Little Hippo
Dear customer, if you send an e-mail to OiOi Turkey website stating that you bought the iron from Little Hippo store, we will ship it immediately. We wish you to use it in healthy days.

Hello, the product has turned yellow, how can I get rid of it?
Answer from Little Hippo
Dear customer, OiOi products are suitable for cleaning in the machine, sterilizer, and by boiling, thanks to their heat-resistant structure up to 200 degrees. The OiOi brand recommends hand washing in case of detergent residue from machines for baby health. You can also wash it by soaking it in warm carbonated or vinegar water. If your complaint continues, you can request support from the OiOi Turkey website. We wish you healthy days.

Answer from Little Hippo
Dear customer, there is no cover in our product. We wish you good shopping.

Hello, can the product be used when we chop fruits or vegetables without pureeing them? It has not come out during the external extraction process, is it possible to swallow the vegetables or fruits inside in pieces?
Answer from Little Hippo
Dear customer, we recommend that you blanch the vegetables and put them in. The durable silicone structure of our OiOi puree product does not break down easily and helps during the transition to solid food. Thanks to its small hole structure, it is safe against swallowing parts. Your baby can crush pieces of fruit or vegetables by biting them and taste their juice with their puree. OiOi products, which are produced to European standards, are also FDA and LFGB approved. You can use it safely. We wish you to use it in healthy days.

Why doesn't it have a cover? How will it be when we go somewhere?
Answer from Little Hippo
Hello, the product does not have a cover. Even if there is a lid for the OiOi puree product, it is not suitable for carrying with food inside due to the possibility of leakage. You may prefer OiOi mimi bites or bowl products with lids as a different alternative. We wish you good shopping

How can I use it frozen?
Answer from Little Hippo
Hello, you can place frozen food in the puree in our OiOi slices products, or you can freeze semi-fluid foods directly with the puree. We wish you good shopping.

Answer from Little Hippo
