Hello, can we mix it with water and make juice from this product?
Answer from OG Store
Hello sir, Welcome to OG Store! Apple juice concentrate is a concentrated product obtained by evaporation of apple juice to concentrate, but in this process, minerals and ions from juice are removed by a special method of filtration. The difference with apple juice concentrate with concentrate plus fruit puree is that some components have been removed, such as minerals and organic acids. In this way, its taste becomes more neutral and can be easily used in different foods. If you add water to the product, it will taste like sugary water.

Hello, we purchased the product and kept it in the refrigerator, but after a few days it became cloudy and it does not clear up. Can it be used this way?
Answer from OG Store
Hello sir, there has been crystallization in the product. Organic apple juice concentrate does not contain added sugar, it consists only of fruit sugar. Crystallization, the sugarification reaction seen in products with a high degree of fruit sugar such as honey and molasses, is a reaction that occurs due to the natural structure of the product and is not a sign of spoilage. The formed crystal structure can be used by dissolving it in warm water for a short period of time in the bain-marie method. If the water is too hot, it can cause the packaging to crack. There is no negative impact of melting on the quality of the product and product safety. Although there are many reasons that initiate the crystallization reaction, cold and heat fluctuations can affect it. It is appropriate to store such products in a cool and dry environment away from sunlight, and they should not be kept in refrigerator conditions.
