Hello, how should I store the product? After receiving it, the product gave its sugar to the bottom and froze. Can you help me?
Answer from Bebeklik
Hello sir, you can keep it in a cool and dry place. In deionized products, because the product is composed entirely of fruit sugar, the crystal (sugarization) reaction is normal in nature. The crystal reaction is not a sign of deterioration. The crystal is melted and the product can be used, and the melting process has no adverse effect on food safety and product quality.
