**** **** - 18 January 2024

Answer from NYK HOME

When I say cigarette, if you put the burnt cigarette on it, the product will definitely burn, but if you put it on a tea glass or a dinner plate, nothing will happen to them, if you put it in the brewer.

Translated by Google

Translated by Google

Isn't the cut laser?

**** **** - 12 May 2026

Answer from NYK HOME

No, this product is not laser cut, it is a plastic product that cannot be cut anyway, but it is not a crooked cut, the product is very regular and it is cut in the most regular way, in a mitered way, which you can find properly.

No, absolutely, you can look at the product reviews, you will not find any comments about one of them being cut crookedly, our products are cut very regularly, like they come out of the factory, you will not have any problems at all.

I threw away the product I had because of the smell. I wonder if the product will cause any smell?

**** **** - 8 October 2025

Answer from NYK HOME

Hello, there are two types of products in these products, one is imported products and the other is domestic products. There may be a smell in the domestic product, but it is a smell that does not go away, but our product, especially the product of this thickness, is imported. Imported products have a production smell and it goes away in a short time.
