I eat 2 meals a day. Is it enough if I take one teaspoon 1 hour before meals, that is, is 2 teaspoons a day enough or should I take 3 teaspoons? My goal is to lose weight? My second question is, is it okay if I mix it with my filter coffee or my water? Please answer both of my questions. Thank you..
Answer from Göztepe AVM
Hi, spirulina is like a supplement food. If you think it's not enough, you can use all 3 scoops. Recommend taking it with cold stuff rather than coffee. Like smoothies, yogurt, Juice.
