Since we were abroad, we had the chance to try the product 15 days after we ordered it and it was too big. We sent a message to the seller that we liked the products very much, but we wanted to change them to a size smaller because they were too big. They said they would help, but they said we did not contact the Trendyol assistant. We contacted Trendyol assistant to create a return code. Afterwards, the Trendyol assistant sends an email stating that they contacted the seller but the seller did not agree. If you were not going to help us, why did you direct us to the Trendyol assistant? That's why I rate product quality as 10, but seller quality as 0.
