Kurukahveci nuri has been roasting turkish coffee in istanbul since 1890.the beans are slowly roasted on real wood fire in the traditional way and ground very fine, just as befits a full turkish coffee.this palace style blend; brings coffee together with cream, sahlep, chocolate, menengiç, mastic and carob.the result: an intensely aromatic, thick and velvety cup of foam.

Preparation for the perfect cup
- Put 1 heaping teaspoon (about 6g) of coffee in a coffee pot and 1 small cup (70ml) of cold water.
- Add sugar if you want and mix well.
- Heat slowly over low heat, without boiling.
- When the foam rises, pour it into a cup and drink it with pleasure.
