Product Q&As
Canvas bags usually swell, but will this product also cause swelling?
Answer from NUGGITA
Hello. I would like to give you some information about our bag. This bag is a waxed canvas bag. What we call canvas refers to the weaving density, not the type of fabric. Our fabrics are a waterproof and durable fabric obtained by applying a paraffin type wax coating on a cotton fabric with a canvas texture. Cotton canvas fabrics may shrink over time, but waxed canvases are long-lasting and durable materials. Best regards

Hello, are the right lengths of this bag and the satchelbag medium size bag the same?
Answer from NUGGITA
Yes, it is the same. This high-weight waxed canvas can be used on the shoulder even with a coat. This is the medium weight of the Satchelbag series. Best regards

What are the washing instructions for the bag? How should we clean it?
Answer from NUGGITA
Hello. Waxed canvas fabrics are not suitable for washing due to the coating on them. It is recommended to wipe it with a damp cloth as a local cleaning and leave it to dry. A chemical cleaner is not used. Best regards
