How to use (topical): Area: Thighs, buttocks, hips, abdomen–waist area (do not apply to the face, breasts, genitals, or mucous membranes). Application: After showering, apply to dry/clean skin. Warm the product in your palm and massage upward in circular/kneading motions for 5–10 minutes. Amount & frequency: 1–2 full pumps (approximately 1–2 teaspoons) per area. 1–2 times daily. Warming effect: Mild to moderate warming/tingling from capsicum is normal; felt within a few minutes. Sports/lymph support (optional): 20–30 minutes after application, you can do light walking or transition with a foam roller.
