Product Q&As

Does a glass balcony fit inside aluminum?

**** **** - 18 January 2026

Answer from Çarşı indirim

The fit of the glass balcony to the aluminum profile depends on your aluminum channel/gap size. The product size is 17 mm in width and 9 mm in thickness.

Translated by Google

Does the noise caused by people who don't know how to use a door handle and quickly close and slam the doors prevent the sound from coming out?

**** **** - 29 April 2024

Answer from Çarşı indirim

Hello sir, if there was such a product, I would force a few of our apartment neighbors to wear it :) If you still want to try it, maybe it can be of some benefit, even if it is small.

Translated by Google

Hello, insects are getting into the margins of the wooden doors in the house, they have settled in them a lot, would it be suitable to close the gaps on the edges to prevent insect entry? Would it work?

**** **** - 13 March 2025

Answer from Çarşı indirim

Hello sir, this product is used for wind and sound insulation from outside, it closes the gaps, but we do not know exactly whether it works for insects, buy it and try it if you want.

Translated by Google

I don't want to be heard from outside. Is this enough if I use it on these glasses?

**** **** - 21 January 2026

Answer from Çarşı indirim

Hello, this product is generally used for wind and cold insulation, but of course it can also help a little with sound. As far as we know, sound insulation is done by covering all walls with professional sound insulation panel products.

Translated by Google

Hello. Is there a 2mm or 3mm thickness version of the product?

**** **** - 27 September 2026

Answer from Çarşı indirim

Hello, the width of this product is 17 mm and the thickness is around 8 mm. There is window tape in our other ads, its width is approximately 8 mm and its thickness is around 8 mm. Unfortunately, we do not have a product around 2-3 mm.

Translated by Google

Is it suitable for a steel door? Is one enough for the doors in the house? There are 4 doors.

**** **** - 12 February 2026

Answer from Çarşı indirim

Our product is 16 mm wide and 2.5 meters long. • Can be used on steel doors, applied to the door frame. • 1 piece of door tape is 2.5 meters. Around a standard door (3 sides) is about 4–5 feet. Therefore: for 1 door, you generally need 2. If it is for 4 doors, about 8 are recommended. You can calculate the net measurement according to your door dimensions.

Translated by Google

How many meters is 1 piece?

**** **** - 24 September 2025

Answer from Çarşı indirim

hello sir, 1 of them is 2.5 meters

Translated by Google

Hello, I want to use it for the door that makes noise when closing, would it be suitable?

**** **** - 9 February 2025

Answer from Çarşı indirim

hello sir, although the product is generally used for thermal insulation, it is beneficial to sound insulation, it can probably benefit.

Translated by Google
