1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience! I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from trendrol. I ordered the above mentioned shoes but what I received was a completely different pair, and to my shock, it was even a ladies' shoe! The product description and images were misleading, and the quality check seems non-existent. When I reached out to the agent, I was told that a refund was the only option, which doesn't solve my problem. I want the product I ordered, not just my money back. I request a proper exchange process for the original shoe I paid for. Until then, I'll be cautious about ordering from here again. *Avoid this seller if you value your time and money!
