Hello, I fermented yoghurt with the usual measurement, but when I put it in the product I bought from you and fermented it, it went down to half of my pot. It overflowed and got wet. Can you tell me how to ferment it? Thank you.
Answer from Neslihan Hobi Atölyesi
Hello good day I use the same yeast. I ferment with the lid of the pot closed. You can put a cloth or napkin between the lid and the pot. If you wrap the outside of the pot before putting it in the fermentation and put it in the fermentation, your fermentation will remain clean. I hope I helped. ❤️
