Conditioner 1. After shampooing, apply Dreamy Curls Moisturizing Conditioner to mid-lengths and ends. 2. Distribute evenly using fingers or a wide-tooth comb. 3. Leave on for 2–5 minutes. 4. Rinse well with lukewarm water.
