Before first use, wash with hot water and detergent, rinse, and dry. Separate the double-sided structure for hygiene: use one side for meat/poultry and the other for vegetables/fruit. Position the water-collecting channels so that they remain on top when using meat and wet foods to reduce dripping. Keep the non-slip handles dry to prevent slipping on the countertop. Clean immediately after each use; you can wash by hand or in the top rack of the dishwasher. Rinse promptly to prevent colored food stains. Dry at low-medium heat; do not place on a heater, in an oven, or in a microwave. Do not strike excessively hard with a knife; knife marks are normal. Store vertically or do not stack until completely dry. Microban® protection does not replace cleaning; regular washing is required.
