Product Q&As
What is your recommendation for washing and drying? In terms of adjustment
Answer from Naturecamp
Dirty areas are usually the head and foot parts. If these areas are very dirty, they should be wiped clean. In the summer months, they should be washed in the machine, spun at a very low speed, and dried by laying them out.

Hello! We have a few questions. (1) When combined as 2 people, there is still no separation in the middle, right? (2) Can't it be washed in the washing machine? (3) What exactly is the IC material? (4) How much degree of coldness does it provide protection for?
Answer from Naturecamp
Hello, there is no separation in the middle when combined. It can be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees. It is recommended to wash it in the summer months. It takes time to dry. The filling is thermofibre fiber. The inner lining is micro fabric.

We are currently camping, we do not have the user manual or QR code with us. I wonder if there is a promotional video of the product you mentioned, that video is not enough, the zipper connection is not visible clearly. what will we do?? ?
Answer from Naturecamp
When you scan the QR code in the user manual, a text appears on how to assemble the sleeping bag. There is a video link under the text, please watch the product video in that link. Think of the zipper of sleeping bags like a coat zipper, it can be divided into two, two bags can be placed on top of each other and combined.
Translated by Google
Can they be used individually? That's what I saw in the picture.
Answer from Naturecamp
Hello, there can be two sleeping bags separately, when you put them together, it becomes a double sleeping bag, yes it can be used.
