I am extremely disappointed with the way Trendyol has handled my account. My account has been frozen without any explanation and despite contacting Trendyol Assist multiple times nobody has been able to provide me with a clear reason or any meaningful solution. I also have a pending refund that was issued to me as Trendyol Coins but because my account is now frozen I cannot access or use the money. It is extremely concerning that customers are encouraged to accept refunds in the form of coins when there is a possibility that they may suddenly lose access to their account and consequently their funds. Trendyol Assist representatives seem to have neither the authority nor the ability to resolve these issues or even provide basic information. This is completely unacceptable. NEVER DO REFUNDS IN THE FORM OF COINS.
