You sent the products inside each other, but they are so tight that it is impossible to separate them, I am afraid that I will break them. Wouldn't it be better if you put something inside and we could separate them without difficulty? Now, I hope there is a way to remove it without damaging it.

Answer from Nandy Home

Hello Dear Customer, Our boxes are a little difficult to get out because air gets trapped inside each other. However, if you stretch it inward by holding the long edges (both edges) of the boxes, it can easily come out as air will enter. You have to pull it out at the same time as you stretch it around the edges. Thank you for choosing us as the Nandy Home family. We wish you healthy days.

I have a large and medium size nested inside and it doesn't come out. Do you have any advice?

Answer from Nandy Home

Hello Dear Customer, Our boxes are a little difficult to get out because air gets trapped inside each other. However, if you stretch it inward by holding the long edges (both edges) of the boxes, it can easily come out as air will enter. You have to pull it out at the same time as you stretch it around the edges. Thank you for choosing us as the Nandy Home family. We wish you healthy days.
