Product Q&As
What is the point of writing waterproof on a waterproof glove?
Answer from Mustran
Do not use it under tap water. What is the point of using it in the rain during a flood when the country has been hit by a disaster and 6 provinces have been given an orange code? What does it depend on? It's waterproof, yes, but we didn't say it's floodproof.

Does it pass snow?

Hello, I will buy it for my fiancée. Her hand is a bit small and weak. Will it fit her?
Answer from Mustran
Hello, it may not be, the product is a bit rough and big. It keeps your hands warm very well. It has thick fur, but it's one size fits all. There is a black one, it says M-L, it may fit, another model may also fit.

Hand dexterity 12. What size do you think it would be?
Answer from Mustran
I mean, this is a bit big and wide, frankly, you can also look at the video, it's one size but it's a wide size.

Hello, is it waterproof?
Answer from Mustran
If you hold it under tap water, it will pass through, there is no problem as long as there is not excessive heavy rain.

Good evening, my hand circumference is 24 cm, hand length is 18 cm from wrist to middle finger tip, 20 cm. Is it 2 xl?
Answer from Mustran
It is for hand circumference. Right to left palm is ideal for 24 without the thumb. It is good for 21,22 and above.

Hello, it says L / XL. When I add it to the cart, both sizes appear, but I cannot choose.
Answer from Mustran
XL-XLL MAY BE LARGE AFTER YOU READ THIS VIDEO AND DESCRIPTION

Does size xl fit my hand? How can I measure it?
Answer from Mustran
Hello, measure the palm of your hand (four fingers line) from left to right. If this distance is between 7 cm and 10 cm, the glove will fit you perfectly. The product is XL-XXL compatible, has fur inside and is wide in size, completely covering the wrist; its outer width is 12 cm, and its length is 30 cm. Have fun shopping."

Hello, do you have the size of the product or is it standard?
Answer from Mustran
Hello, it is suitable for young and adults, it can be adjusted with a standard size strap, it can be tightened, if it is loose, it has polar plush inside.
