Product Q&As
Hello, it leaks from the hole on the inside of the cap. When you put the stopper there, the leakage stops, but this time the child sucks the water and it does not come out. I have a problem with the product.
Answer from butcemegore
Hello, there is a stopper at the bottom of the lid, next to the area where the straw passes. Please insert it completely and pull the straw from the top.
