Mühlen Säge Mt-402 Four-Function Sliding Trimmer & Paper Cutting Machine

I was expecting it to be smaller, but I was very happy when it turned out to be big enough to cut in A3.

I have been using this and similar guillotines with sleeves for a very long time. I bought this because I needed a more good quality product that I could carry around easily. The product is light because it's mostly plastic. The rail is aluminum. The material quality isn't great, but it still feels good. The fit in the folding detail, the covers we opened to change the shape of the blade, etc. are all well-designed. The cutting precision is pretty good compared to its alternatives on the market, especially when compared to those in this price range. When you press the transparent guide piece after placing the paper, the paper does not slip at all. The blade supports both the slide rail and the transparent guide piece, ensuring a straight cut. In terms of millimeters, I found it quite successful. The blade part normally stays in. Only when you press it with force, it comes down and touches the ground. So as long as it's safe. However, constant force is required to cut the paper. That's why it seems like it might cause discomfort if used for a long time. Other than that, I think the knife sharpening thing seems to really exist. However, I'm guessing it doesn't exist for all knives. You change the blades by rotating them. You can easily change a curved or scratched blade, but you need to apply a little more force when turning a normal cutting blade. My guess is that the knife was sharpening at that time. As a downside, I think the guide lines and measurements on it are pretty inadequate. However, the ruler part has a pretty good tolerance to the cutoff point, with a margin of error of less than 1 mm. That's why I liked it. I had 170 grams of paper, the thickest one. He could easily cut 3 sheets in a row with a little force. I'm satisfied with the cutting performance. The crease line performance is okay. I don't think it's great. The curved and cut cuts are average-above-average. The price is good, it can be easily bought. It's a light product, a bit bulky, but it's still not difficult to carry.

It is a product we use constantly at work and we are very satisfied.

Price performance product but looks useful and sturdy
