mrc Ankle Length Belted Jeans Style Trousers

My complaint was ignored. May I know why you don't support your product? I am a housewife, I bought it because I liked it, and now that I can't wear it like this, should I throw it away or should I complain about different parts of me? Could you please take this into consideration? I liked the product very much, but after washing it once, there were small white threads on the fabric. This, in my opinion, spoils the look of the trousers. It's very obvious if you look closely. If I had known it would be like this I would have returned it. There are obvious lines on the front and back. I ironed it but it does not improve. I want my product to be examined and returned or exchanged. Thank you.
