MP 241-1642 Unisex Full Orthopedic Lace-Up Sneakers

We ordered this product. But someone else came instead. Shoes arrived with different material and at a different price. We created a complaint query. We sent photo and video material in the query, the code of the wrong product. But the query was not accepted. We have been shopping on Trendyol website until now. We agreed. But this time the store did not pay attention to the fact that it sent the wrong product. Also, after you buy the product for 80 AZN and send an inquiry due to a mistake, it is re-listed at a lower price up to 3 times. I consider this as disrespectful to the buyer.
