MORE THAN Krill Oil 30 Capsules Epa, Dha, Omega 3, Choline, Astaxanthin - Krill Oil (Liquid Capsule)

Hello, there is no harm in using it before going to bed at night, but it would be better to consume it with dinner or immediately after dinner to get the highest benefit. There are two main reasons for this: Better Absorption: Krill oil is a fat-soluble supplement. Absorption is reduced when taken on an empty stomach. When taken with a healthy fat at dinner, it is absorbed much better by the body and mixes with the blood. Stomach Sensitivity: When consumed before going to bed on a completely empty stomach, it can rarely cause a slight discomfort in sensitive stomachs, such as a slight reflux or a feeling of the taste of seafood coming back. In summary: Instead of drinking it right before going to bed, if you take it with the last bite of your dinner or right after eating, it will not disrupt your sleep and you will get maximum benefit from the product. We wish you healthy days.
