I bought the product at a normal price, but it arrived defective. Therefore, I sent the product back as a return on 22/05/2026 and it reached the seller on 25/05/2026. Although I was promised that it would be examined and the fee would be paid within 2 business days, today is 31/05/2026 and the product is still under review, my money has not been refunded. The process is very slow and promises are not kept. I request that my grievance be resolved immediately and that my refund be transferred to my account immediately.
