Product Q&As
The product is very nice, but there is a serious clothing error. When you start wearing the dress from the skirt part, it does not pass over the head and chest area due to the waist, it is difficult to pass and the seams feel like they are going to burst. Forcing it will also ruin the stitching of the dress. It is not possible to wear it from the neck part anyway. I think you should think about the issue
Answer from MOLENE

I didn't understand how to wear this dress or was it a design flaw. Since the zipper is not designed properly, it seems impossible for a normal person to put the head and arms through the waist at the same time. I would appreciate it if you could inform me if there is a different way to wear it.
Answer from MOLENE
Hello, there is no design zipper error in the product, and it can be used easily when the correct wearing steps are applied. For this model, we recommend first fully unzipping the garment, then slipping it on from the feet, followed by inserting the arms and zipping it up. Have a great day!

Please come in larger sizes of the product. Size xl is only compatible with size s, the waist part is too tight

When I want to wear the dress from the feet, I cannot wear it because the collar strings are sewn.
Answer from MOLENE
There is no design problem that generally prevents wearing in our relevant model usage experiences. We think that the situation you experienced may be specific to the product.
