Product Q&As

It is 24.2 cm sir

Hello can you help me with the length in centimeters for size 38 and 39?
Answer from Modavien
Hello, size 38 is 24.5 cm, size 36 is 25.1 cm

Is it the classic shoe strap that you say can be removed and replaced with pearls, or can it be used alone as a spare if it breaks?
Answer from Modavien
Hello, there is no possibility of the pearls breaking. Steel wire passes through them. Additionally, the pearls can be removed and the simple bracelet we sent can be worn as plain.

Do you have the 12-13cm one?
Answer from Modavien
Unfortunately, this model is not available, sir. There are different models in 13 cm.

My foot is size 37, should I buy the full size or one size smaller?
Answer from Modavien
Could you give me your foot measurement, sir? To get the correct measurement, put the tape measure on the ground, press it, and let us know the measurement from your thumb to the heel, sir.)

Normally my foot is size 40, but it is narrow and bony, so normally I buy 41, but the toe is square, I'm not sure, should I buy 41 or 42, how is the fit?
Answer from Modavien
Sir, it is not suitable for wide feet. Unfortunately, if you buy a larger size, the heel part will be loose and you will not be able to walk comfortably. The ankle band will cause discomfort to your feet.

What is the heel height in cm?
Answer from Modavien
It is 10 cm

Hello, is there a possibility that the pearls will break off and fall out?
Answer from Modavien
Sir, the pearls are strung on a steel wire and will never break.

Hello, do you recommend 37 or 38 for 37.5?
Answer from Modavien
Our molds are a bit bigger, it would be better if you buy 37

My foot size is 36 and a half, what size should I buy?
Answer from Modavien
You should buy size 36, our patterns are slightly larger, sir.

Do you have the 8 cm one?
Answer from Modavien
No, I'm afraid not.

Hello, I normally wear size 36, my foot length is 22.5 cm. How many numbers do I need to get?
Answer from Modavien
You can still get number 36, sir.
