Product Q&As
Does it need to be done like tinning while using it? If copper is not tinned, they said something like poisons, I wanted to ask you.
Answer from Moda Bakır
Short and clear customer answer: Hello; Our copper tray is tinned for contact with food. No tin copper is not recommended especially acidic and watery dishes. For safe use, the inner surface must be tinned. Depending on usage, it needs to be re-tinned every 2-3 years. The oldest cooking tool known in human history is copper. You can use it safely. Regards
